Before you come in
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work, but an appointment means you are not waiting. Book on Practo or ring the clinic. If you are in pain, say so when you call — we will try to see you the same day.
What happens at a first visit?
A full examination, an X-ray if it is needed, and a plan with the cost of each option. No treatment is started at the first visit unless you are in pain and want it dealt with.
I am genuinely scared of the dentist. Can you help?
Yes, and you are in good company. Say so when you book. We allow extra time, explain everything before it happens, and agree a stop signal. Plenty of our patients arrived after years of avoiding it.
Where exactly is the clinic?
First floor of Maruthi Complex on New BEL Road, directly above Rao Medicals. The 32t Dental Clinic board is on the front of the building, and the entrance is beside the chemist.
Which days are you open?
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm, straight through without a lunch break. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you treat children?
Yes, from around age three. First visits for children are short and mostly about getting comfortable in the chair rather than doing anything to them.
